     Hey, i recently cannot play The Elder Scrolls Online <img class="emoji" src="https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/resources/emoji/frowning.png" title=":(" alt=":(" height="20" /> The reason for this is because when i start my launcher i can't get into the game i just get an error code saying "Unable to download manifest."
