Quite sure, Adam. Zenimax run the servers for ESO. The only thing Sony runs in regards to ESO is your PSN account and making sure you can connect to the ESO servers from your PS4. -

I'd really like to know that cause I live in Egypt and play on EU servers, but im moving to the US soon, so time zones and people and everything will have to be in the Americas. -

The "level of connection" is that the same bank account (ie, Crowns) can purchase things in both servers. -
