Use both then, personally I prefer necro with crafty on my warden. 50k+ magic gives you great damage and shield. -

I'm a bg player first and foremost. You're not going to fare very well in high mmr bgs if you play magicka and don't use any defensive sets. -

And if you talk about damage, destro staff is only weapon in game which scales from magicka. So this leaves you with 5 weapon skills and one weapon ultimate.
