I agree with you in that it should be available for everyone.Not just for Plus members,of which I am one.I think it should be for an ingame thing,if it is to be added that way.I still wish it could be -

Screw the housing and barber shop until ZOS fixes the lag. People who keep demanding new features is the reason why ZOS is spending less resources fixing the lag. -

we have been asking for a long time, such as the barber shop. Stop asking for the devs to not have new content and only focus on bug fixing because that will not happen.
