For pve it's bad, for pvp non cp it can be nice. Not a fan personally. Use netches touch with elegant for some mean over load hits -

3 items of Elegance is ALMOST as good as Willpower. Almost. And easy to get. -

The problem with elegance is that it only applies to base heavy attack damage, so you get very little out of it compared to other sets which provide a raw boost to heavy attack damage. -

Also -- is this 5/5/1, or do you go 5/4 Elegance on your bar that has Overload and 5/4 Necropotence on your other bar? -

Another set to consider is undaunted infiltrator, which will add a fixed 1.1K damage to each tick of your heavy attacks. My personal [console] testing with elegance was disappointing... it's a medium -
