Everyone has their priorities and the guild UI is not top of the list for many players. Most players do not really care about the guild UI but the barber shop can touch everyone's interests. -

VR ranks were announced to be removed around 2 years ago, and they're still here. Same with Barber Shop NOT being here. There's plenty of stuff that get's announced by ZOS and shelved/delayed... -
