     Crafting has been nerfed in this game. The rewards for all that time learning 9 traits on every piece is just not worth it. You're better off putting that time into trials for better gear.

     If I am reading that right, your proposal for this set would essentially be a 100% dps boost that would be kept up 100% of the time. That would be the definition of OP.
