     with "yeah, I wanna spam block and not get kicked" you're not helping because whoever Dev reads it knows that's not an actual behavior people have while playing regularly. This creates a lot of noise

     Or, this 15 seconds of spamming block is triggering ANOTHER reason for the game logging them out that doesn't have anything to do with a live situation. Like one specifically designed to detect people

     Obviously 1 time per zone is ok, since it is entirely different chats. Spamming will be sending messages with no real conversational value over and over again, in the same chat.
