They wont be tranfer at all since your account is tied to your psn id(or the xbox equivalent) by login in on the new console you will be on the same server -

As for account copies, in 2014 Zos was pretty firm they had no interest in it and has not felt the need to address the situation since. So doubtful that will happen. -
