Just change Stealth Detection back to Stealth Radius reduction for Bosmer. Leave everything else alone, no need to saddle Khajiit with a useless passive. -

Edit: The sad part is my Bosmer won't be able to do the same any more due to their race losing their stealth bonuses. Stealth detection is such a useless ability. -
