     For every 2 new recasts you should have had an extra 1 dark flare in my case this is about 28k damage on a crit in PvE.

     -Eclipse is useful in on a few pulls in vMSA and against Overload Sorcs in PvP. It works against Dark Flare, but really who is going to let their own Dark Flare hit them given that it would take like

     The only change that should happen to dark flare is for it to be procced as an insta cast ability (still have audio que and travel time) if a dawns wrath ability was used, with a cool down.

     1. The empower does not work on Sweeps, RD, Blazing Spear etc.. The best skill for the empower was Dark Flare, which ironically is the other morph...
