Noticed as well, a lot of them respawn on the spot- it's likely the crews farming public-dungeon bosses are getting filled soulstones so these node-farming bots can res-on-spot if killed. -

In the last pc patch notes they said they have now changed respawn mechanic in IC. It used to be the more people in campaign the quicker the respawn but now its been changed to a fixed timer. -
