Gotta love RNG. While not this game, my other mmo drops certain special weapons, using the rng system. 40 months of play, still never had one drop. So, do not feel bad. -

Well it's a curse to get some perfect loot the first time you do a pledge or any other daily - that always gets me hooked but I never see those perfect drops again when I do them on regular basis... -

It's not just that either. I farmed Crag Friday to Monday and got 1 potent and 1 fortified nirn. When I wasn't farming Crag I was in Hews Bane farming there for 0 kuta and minimal Repora. Resulting … -

You might have to just bite the bullet and buy them when they come around again. I did. Although cheap they aint. -

You get a 100% at monster shoulders after DB 50% chance with silver and a small chance with bronze. As for the traits that drop check this thread from the PTS testing -
