I was thinking maybe it was a bad router as some people were having the issue and some not, however using VPN to tunnel in from the east coast, or Europe, seemed to make no difference. -

Nearly midnight in Europe so server pop should be dropping some. EU still completely unplayable due to lap, desync and high ping. So server pop seems to have little to nothing to do with this. -
