     To me what is exasperating is that whenever there is a conversation about stealth, which is only one of the 3 passives, there are replies like yours saying that they don't want the other 2 passives re

     * Stealth detect is useless in PvE, many people don't play PvP at all so get no use from this trait, so that is what we would give up for a bonus to sneaking for Bosmer.

     My guess is that ZOS is working on a system that expands on the current systems and allows all classes and races to become stealthy.

     Where as the Khajiit stealth bonus and critical damage is what I'd expect from renowned hunters who strike from the shadows and quickly dispatch their prey (i.e. Bosmer)
