     Have you tested it? It’s not stealth suppression like Magelight. It’s not against invisible enemies like nb’s Cloak. It’s only 3 meters which is melee range (jabs is 8x6 meters by comparison, Incap is

     You're probably right. But with the ill will they've created with this, I don't care if they released a DLC called "Everyone stealths and Bosmer is King!" at this point.

     Let's be realistic about this. ZOS won't make a hotfix to give Bosmer the stealth back. The outrage is just not big enough, because presumably the lore community isn't all that large in here.
