     theres is no platform transfer, pc and ps4 are 2 totaly different stuff. means they are 2 diff account in matter of speaking. so answer to your question is no. You cant share content between 2 account

     Those items are not transferrable, and are bound to the platform you activated them on. The only exception was the one-time pc transfers for console launch.

     If OP is asking about console to PC/Stadia transfers that is doubtful. Zos has expressed before they are not interested in copying accounts to a live server.
