This happens to me on ps4 when my Internet is running slow. Always wondered what it was. I guess with the lag it thinks I'm doing too much in too short a time. -

I've also noticed if you lag and all your abilities go off at the same time this happens. -

@Junglejim82 @Siniztor You were not kicked for spamming in chat. You were kicked for spamming commands. Most likely you had a serious lag, during which you continued to start some commands aka message
