Wayrest courtyard between the castle and bank is a good test area. Stand still and pan the camera and look for frame skips. And Grahtwood in the undaunted area. I think they need to make the server… -

Changing the MIP loading levels shot my load times up to almost unusable levels. Nixxed that. -

Understandably so, your i5-4690k is performing much better than my Fx-8350. Have you tried changing the following settings under usersettings.txt:
