     feature to fully redo your character, this is no barber shop and in other games i see this offered for real money. Whether as account service or some sort of ingame shop.

     Barber shop should be free in game. Other things like gender,race and shapes of your body etc should be crown store. I dont think you should be forced to pay just to get your facial hair or hair clipp
