Appears that we received another NERF which affects cloak. Now SA or HA SA from cloak won't stun or set off balance lol.

lol... cloak is borderline worthless as it currently is. If you want to make it have a ramping up cost it needs to be significantly more powerful than it currently is.

Yeah, those players don't realise the extent to which Cloak is NBs main defense. Shields don't really cut it on NB, unless you want to force them into CP only, playing a mag-stacking build. I think NB

Everytime see someone post this, I always go in game and check myself and it works everytime i check. That was over numerous patches since dark cloak was changed to it's current version.
