To expand on this a bit, the primary goal of the PTS is to test changes, not "play." ZOS alternates between the EU and NA servers, copying a snapshot of them over onto the PTS during testing cycles. -

It's not the names actually. You already can't have a name that a player on the other server already has. -
Should we be able to find guilds by name?
I saw a guild listed in the game at one point was seeing if I could find them again but couldn't I remembered the name and it got me thinking. Should we have the option to search for guilds by name? -

Account wide achievments make alot of sense, especially for all the collect and mass achievments that require to do X for Y times. Many ppl with more than one character end up with half the Achievment
