I'm not getting any fps issues with my GTX 780. You want to check the memory usage if you start to get fps issues after a bit of time playing the game.
After these tweaks my GPU is finally kicking and using 90% capacity. HUGE difference in the open areas where fps is more steady and goes around 50-80fps, not so much in the cities where fps still drop
This seems to be the FPS just about everyone is getting on average with higher mainstream or enthusiast level rigs. I'm now guessing it could possibly be caused by a limiting factor coming from server
