In theory snakeblood which (unless something changed and I missed it) is still basically garbage could be reappropriated to improve or allow such deconstruction.
Snakeblood is an Alchemy passive that has absolutely no use whatsoever in the endgame because good Alchemists can make Tri-Pots with no negative effects. That said, when is it getting scrapped and rep
