Is the exploit in question the first tick of the ultimate happening at the same time you use the ultimate? Or is something else messed up with the skill itself? -

No offense but you use bugged skills daily aswell : teleport strike & concealed weapon. Both which had been said by ZOS is not working as intended. And all the dks spamming undodgeable whip. -
