I think people playing ESO through a wireless internet connection is a far bigger reason for bad lag and latency in ESO compared to HDMI cables. -

It does seem to be creeping back, lag today was worse, will not be fixed, after 5 + years the game should be improving and being added to, sadly it's not. -

Before Dragonhold I don't even remember if I blue screened or not, that's how infrequent these were. Now you can get a crash even before you load your character. I doubt you blue screened three times -
