They did release a Dwemer-style house (in Central Markarth City) for testing on PTS, @Refratado. -

The house is in Western Skyrim, plus you can't even help reach the goal without it as you can't learn to Scry without Greymoor. -

Not impressed with Shalidors house much. Yeah, it's pretty, but it doesn't seem like much of a "home". Afterall, Shalli is dead, so where is that place exactly? -

When you leave the house the first thing you see is a dead deer, front and centre in your field of vision. Very, very bad. Not something I'd ever want to look at on stepping out of my front door.
