It is a result of the DDoS on Dyn. If you route through a VPN service with Full Dns you can still login. -

Definitely related to the dyn DDoS. I couldn't connect through my ISP's DNS resolver, however using Open DNS's resolver works for me. -

If I change to a EU server, then the Announcements fill in, and I can logon normally to an EU server. -

Being as there is a lack of any communication on their part, it must mean they're working on it. -
