     Yes my experience is they mostly give generic answers too... a friend of mine often reports issues but I usually don't bother and just wait. I decided to start reporting stuff like this anyway though…

     It´s not the server that is offline, but the login server if I read things right. There are hardly ever more than one loginserver, megaservers work fine.

     Zenimax used to have a very nice tech support, then their technicians took an arrow to their knees.
