I don't mean to sound irate, but I'm sick of people binding race change to class change. -

Doesn't need to be a scroll, I'd prefer to have it be a "recordkeeping clerk" in your alliance capital who for a small fee (of crowns) will "update the official records" with a new character name... -

I specifically picked the race on my character because of the racial passives. It's different when they change skills because it's gold(in game) currency to fix what they decided to screw with.
