Many spells, weapon and class abilities scale off of Weapon Damage. If Flawless Dawnbreaker buffed that stat, its bonus would be HUGE.But that's not what it does. It just makes light and heavy attacks

That said, dawnbreaker of smiting is currently clearly bugged, and needs fixing

Smiting, because it's currently bugged and the damage that is supposed to be applied over time hits instantly.

Dawnbreaker goes off every time except if you're silenced and then doesn't lose your ultimate. Targetting it is a L2P issue.
