Thank you for the replies <img class="emoji" src="https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/resources/emoji/smile.png" title=":)" alt=":)" height="20" /> I checked both Nord houses in Greymoor and neither one has a plot/lake going out to the ocean like this one. Any idea what house this is that he/she built on? -

From the new home in Skyrim to the wayshrine in Morthal I timed it and riding there took me 0.53.08 seconds. Ok 2 two loading screens, one leaving the house the other using the wayshrine but all done -

Yes you get potential free travel but with the cost of loading house who would hardly make it worth it. -

I always go to the nearest wayshrine to travel. If i am in the middle of nowhere and wish to avoid paying i travel to a house near a wayshrine then go to the wayshrine. So the gold sink is already bei -

And releasing a seasonal house that would be purchasable for gold would have gone a long way in doing that, at least for me. The last seasonal home was for crowns or gold, but this time it's crowns on
