They made it so that you can't "perma bombard" a player so that after a bombard said player would be immune from a bombard root from x amount of time. -

no bombard treatment needed. spammign encase does little (or no, depending on morphs) damage anyway. IF anything, talons would be next (or preferably root mechanics as a whole). -
