     Most reliable is nMA. I did dungeons with random groups and only half the bosses dropped them because they died too fast.

     I cannot compare because I didn't play last year. But I could heat my home for years with all the wood I've collected.

     It is written on the page, just not clearly. Like you have what you wrote there - but it's said somewqhere that it's only last boss. Although I'm not sure if that's clarified on website or forums.

     Fixed reset is out the window. Someone apparently tested it on the PTS and said it was 20h, so I guess we'll be getting confirmation of that soon.

     Unfortunately Zos made keeping track as complicated as possible. 7 different 20 hour timers. It is unfortunate Zos does not think these things through.
