This is not accurate it would only be a healing buff if I or other Templars were to throw down a rune or ritual before we started our sweeps. Then we could not move around if the target moves we would -

Most definately lag, Puncturing sweep has been nerfed with a small global cooldown to avoid stuff like this happening, and hasnt been an issue since then. -

It is pointless to use Empower for Puncturing Strikes as it will only apply to the first hit. You do want Entropy for Major Sorcery however. -
