Who can play six hours a day every day? I've been doing PDs and not getting 100% plunder skulls even when not rushing because of this ridiculous timer. -

I waited like 25 hours to get the public dungeon dremora plunder skull... it didn't show up. But today it did. Got a repeat motif so likely will trade someone for their boots for my shield on xbox na. -

Probably not, but... if you have a character you need skyshards/delve completes/world boss kills on, probably not a bad way of doing it. -

Plunder skulls are trash. Put something in it that's useful. This is the 2ND or 3rd yr they've done the witches festival and they basically have the same trash they did for yrs now. -

Yep, no issues at all. Don't personally know anyone (on Xbox) that has had any issues either. All has been good for plunder skulls and event tickets!
