Yeah, your ping is gonna be junk, the servers are on the east coast of the US. -

On the PC they do have the ability to do this. If you get a collectable by entering a code (such as the Morrowind extras, or the Bristlegut Piglet) you do get that item on both the NA and EU servers. -

There is not an option to transfer or copy accounts to another sever. Zos has stated, just before console launch, the initial PC to console account copy was just that one time and very limited to tho -

I wish you could mail stuff to the other server, even if it was limited to unbound items only, only within your account, and required a Crown token for each mail. -

I've had a PC account for the longest for the sole purpose to have access to PTS before patches. The only thing stopping me from playing on that PC account is that I would want my in-game achievements -
