Mag wardens currently have the highest *burst* damage in PvP due to so many of their skills lining up and hitting at the same time. -

I would choose imperial. 2k health and 2k stamina are both useful for magicka builds in pvp and 4k raw stats to me outweighs 2k magicka. -
