No text chat option for Xbox NA
I just logged into the game and can't see the option to text chat in my Social menu. Tried logging out and back in, but it's still unavailable - don't see it at all. Only see Voice Chat and then Emote -

For me personally, playing an MMO is about social interaction with other players, finding those you get on with and then doing content with them. Text chat is the perfect way to instigate that process -

I am on PS4 MacCait lol... And voice chat is way worse than text chat imo. I always leave voice chat because I always get mouth breathers, background yellers and TV speaker echo from *** people.. -

Other console MMOs have voice and text with no issues. The community isn't split. Well...not along voice / text lines anyway. -

Tired of reading how they can't do text when DCUO and FFXIV are both successful because of it. Tired of hearing how the community will split when all those games have are strong communities compare -
