I have yet to find a rare since all the nerfs and fixes etc........not even since this last patch. Not sure where everyone is finding all of these. Been in EP VR zone for some time and still nothin… -

Have to agree with Zenimax here, the current drop rate seems right. If this also has the side effect of stoping those idiots spamming chat, asking for ridiculas amounts of money.... good ! -

I traded an extra Ancient Elf for the Primal...then immediately got another Ancient Elf I am trying to unload. -
