@ZOS_JessicaFolsom So it's been like 8 months since we heard the barber shop was being "worked on". If possible, could we get an update (in ESO Live would be cool!). Are you guys still in the planning -

Release the barber shop for free to everyone. Let players use the barber shop for in game gold. Sell new customizing options (hairstyles, tattoos, beards) in the crown store. -

Great post but I wouldn't mind the barber shop just being a barber shop without the continuous lore and story behind it all. -
