No. CC break fixes is fine, but not being able to break free enough and wanting extra cooldown is not how it should be. Its a player issue. -

So many times I'm stuck in cc with a full stamina bar but cannot break free, roll dodge, bar swap, or do anything really. Great fun. -

it's not bugged since it happens once in 1000 stuns. Also remember that cc is on the gcd so if u get stunned same second when u cast a spell then the break free will work the next second. Visually it
