The Elder Scrolls Online v6.3.3 includes more fixes for the two Flames of Ambition dungeons, in addition to fixes affecting combat, some further adjustments for Champion passives, and more. We appreciate all the feedback so far! The size of this patch is approximately 167MB.

        • True-Sworn Flame Hounds will now always spawn in standing on the ground.

        • Kinras Ironeye now greets the party properly by completing his shout.

        • Targeted Salvo will no longer abruptly cancel when multiple shades are present.

        • The Cauldron now has an appropriate name for the Pledge, as well as several typo fixes.
      • Oxblood the Depraved
        • Oxblood will no longer snap to face a target while casting Delicious Regurgitation.
        • Gore Rush’s charge component will no longer be interrupted by Oxblood’s need to perform a Noxious Release. He will hold it like he is supposed to.
      • Lyranth Gauntlet
        • Adjusted the timing of the impact sound for the Daedric Catalyst Fluid thrown by Drathas.
      • Baron Zaudrus
        • Baron Zaudrus will now always aim correctly after transforming.

    General
    • Fixed an issue where armor reduction debuffs (such as Major and Minor Breach) were not affecting targets with no Armor stat, even if they had Physical and Spell Resistance.
    • The tooltip for Battle Spirit now correctly states 44% damage reduction instead of 40%.
    • Racial passive text on the character creation screen now properly includes the racial adjustments made in this update.
    • Fixed an issue where bonuses to crowd control immunity time would not apply.
    • Fixed an issue where some sources of crowd control immunity would make you unable to sprint.
    • Resistance tooltips in the Advanced Stats UI now explain that there is a cap at 50%/33000 rating.
    • Updated the Healing Done and Taken bonuses in the Advanced Stats UI to be more accurate.

    Buffs
    • Fixed an issue where Minor Lifesteal and Magickasteal could fail to grant resources and could remove those that gained their effects from stealth.

    Armor
    • Light Armor
      • Fixed an issue where the Light Armor Bonuses tooltip incorrectly worded its bonus to Movement Speed in Sneak. It now properly states that it reduces the Movement Speed penalty of Sneak.
    • Medium Armor
      • Fixed an issue where the Area Effect damage reduction was returning as 200% rather than 200% of your armor pieces worn (up to 14% total). Oops.
    • Heavy Armor
      • Reduced the Damage Reduction granted while immune to Crowd Control to 1% per piece, down from 2%. 

    Champion System
    • Adjusted the Champion Point XP curve to speed up the rate you gain CP levels up to 1800 instead of 1020. This was done to help alleviate some of the concerns with the time required to chase the current vertical progression cap. 
      • Note this doesn’t mean we will not make further adjustments to the vertical progression in a future update; we will be closely monitoring this through Update 29’s launch. 
    • In efforts to make the Craft tree more accessible to lower level Champion Point characters, we’ve adjusted the cost per stage of stars, as well as the power level of some stars:
      • Fleet Phantom and Out of Sight have been swapped, as there are alternative methods of reducing or negating the Movement Speed penalty of Sneak, potentially making this star grant you nothing if you went for Out of Sight.
      • Infamous now increases fencing prices by 25%, up from 15% to help sweeten the deal.
      • Homemaker now costs a total of 25 points, down from 75.
      • Soul Reservoir is now a passive star rather than a slotted star, and costs a total of 33 points, down from 100, to help make this star more attractive for players who don’t hoard Soul Gems like necromantic overlords.
      • Reel Technique now costs a total of 50 points, down from 100, to help access stars near it less difficult.
      • Plentiful Harvest now costs 10 points per stage, down from 20, and reduced the chance of activating to 10% per stage, down from 20%. This was done to decrease the efficiency of the star, while also making it easier to access.
      • Meticulous Disassembly, Fade Away, and Treasure Hunter now cost 50 points, down from 100, to help equalize the point expenditure of each path to the head of the Thief.
      • Wanderer now costs 15 points per stage, down from 20, to help progress up the tree easier.
      • Steadfast Enchantment now costs 10 points per stage, down from 20, to help progress up the tree easier.
    • Lines in the Champion UI will now have an increased opacity when a star they are connected to is selected.

    Racial Passives
    • Fixed an issue where some tooltips for these passives still stated they granted immunity to Status Effects.
    • Updated the text from various racial passives to be more accurate.

    • Unstoppable potions will no longer prevent you from sprinting while active.

    Monster Masks
    • Baron Zaudrus
      • Fixed an issue where this set had its 1-piece bonus incorrectly set.
      • Increased the Ultimate gained from this set to 4, up from 3. 
      • Reduced the cooldown to 1 second, down from 2 seconds.

    Jester’s Festival
    • Fixed the error message you receive when you try to buy Mirth Shards from the Impresario, but already have enough to make the Collectible.
    • Fixed an issue where King Boar's handler would not move or animate during the post-death apple basket fill.
    • Reduced the number of items required for Jester King Emeric's dazzlers to four each. Additionally, interactables that serve as sources for these drops can potentially give you from 1 to 4 items in one loot of the pile.

    Furnishings
    • Adjusted the back of the “Bust: Encratis’s Behemoth” collectible furnishing to look a little more natural.

    Homes
    • Corrected a number of small visual issues in Varlaisvea Ayleid Ruins and Kushalit Sanctuary.
    • Sealed up a hole in Kushalit Sanctuary between the edge of a shrine and a nearby cliff, to prevent your character from getting stuck.
    • Sealed up a different hole in Kushalit Sanctuary between the edge of a cliff and a lavafall, also to prevent your character from getting stuck.

    Blackwood Prologue
    • A Mortal's Touch:
      • Quest books found within the Imperial Sewers are now found at Borodin's camp after the quest.
      • Fixed an issue with some missing visual effects during a scene with Lyranth.
      • Fixed an issue where a number of interactable objects inside of Ne Salas Cache Annex were unintentionally able to be stolen.
    • The Emperor's Secret: Fixed an issue where Eveli would recite the same audio lines multiple times, which caused delays in it being heard.

    The Rift
    • In His Wake: Corporal Bredrek will no longer follow you all around Riften if you don't accept his quest.

    Addons
    • Fixed a crash that could be caused by doing /script d(GetNumChampionDisciplineSkills(0))

    Guilds & Guild Functionality
    • Fixed an issue where guild rank changes wouldn't save for some guilds.
