Fps drop every couple minutes

Since a couple weeks (update xx?) I suffer every few minutes a short fps dip and stutter in the game before it gets back to normal...i cant figure out if its something on my end (some update, setting, wlan etc) or its the game...

Its something new, didnt have this in the past...

Do others have the same issue?

When were your graphics drivers last updated?

I have very occassional 20 - 30 fps drops or a short stutter, but they are not often and certainly not every few minutes.

I wonder if its driver, windows defender or wlan related

I have the same issue but I suspect it has to do with "LUA memory cleaner" addon (I think it's called something like that) which repeatedly checks and clean Addon memory usage to prevent crashes.

I am in no way an expert. I am a console player and I was happy for add-ons, but I soon started getting my game to crash due to their memory usage.
I don't even know if this is expected and normal for using add-ons, but I installed the aforementioned addon just to prevent all the crashes. I don't crash anymore but I repeatedly lose frames...

Ideally, the game itself wouldn't have any of these issues, but I guess I'm stuck with this.

Update 49 introduced this frame stutter/freeze frame.
I spent a week and a half with support doing everything (again) that they wanted as they were trying to tell me it's on my end.
The problem with that mindset is the night before the update there was absolutely no issues, after the update that bug was introduced. I know a bunch of players that have the same problem.
We have taken our addon folders completely out, and still have the same problem.
At one point, support wanted me to do a clean/new microsoft user account on my computer thinking my account was corrupt. That did absolutely nothing.
They had me do some clean reboot, that did absolutely nothing.
All drivers are up to date, so that's not the issue.
One of the things I actually suspect is that it's a server side issue communicating frames to the client, and it appears to be internal server lag, and not internet or client side lag.
I suspect that when they did some updates to the graphics systems for "refreshing" the DK, it changed things internally on their servers.
