I've been out of town and when I signed into the game, I got a message onscreen stating my account has been restricted. There is no reason given, nor a time frame for the serving the restriction. I received no email, no phone call, no messages or notices of any type regarding this situation. I checked my account and there is no active or completed enforcements. It's been 3 days since I sent in a ticket and have not received a response. I've also looked into other reports of bans or restrictions from ESO, and over the last two years the amount of false bans, or restrictions on accounts for meaningless reasons has skyrocketed. This has happened greatly as of late with errors on ZOS's end and their AI applications. This certainly paints a gray public relations portrait. I, at least, deserve to know the reason why my account is restricted and the duration. I paid for the content I use, but cannot access my purchase, for no apparent reason... May I please get some help on this matter. Thank you.
