Last year in september i made a thread about the population shrinking in ESO, you can feel it quite strong on the server im playing on but also i read enough about other people agreeing and telling their stories from their servers.

During the discussion in my thread i have been banned in the forums in November - without a notification, till today i dont know why because i never recieved an email about it.

Months were going on and my thread was still being discussed. Because i was banned, my profile picture had a little prison cell on it, it looked hillarious.

But after ongoing months, this year i have been stealth UNBANNED, again without a notification, i only seen it because i regulary check the forum and seen that prison cell on my picture was gone, so i tried logging in and it worked.

So i joined the discussion in my thread, wich i started again. And recently as the population of the game is in a even WORSE state, it was quite active.
You can agree or disagree on that, we were discussing. Its a forum , people speak.

And now the thread has literally just been closed for the most minimal reason, i have ever seen in all the years im using the forum. Its like it was literally being waited for the most little reason to put the thread down.

Its a 54 pages thread. There were over thausand replies. And because of 4 people COMPARING OTHER GAMES to ESO, wich is absolutely not OFF TOPIC, you decide to close the thread ?

That moderation action seems way off for me. And its not the first time i seen that kind of moderation when there is critic coming up.

That thread wasn't going anywhere anyways; the whole ''dead/dying game'' conversation just doesn't work.
If you're not enjoying it anymore; express your feelings and move on. There are still alot of players playing. Every game has their ups and downs.

Take a break, play some other games; touch some grass.

That might be your opinion and youre entitled to have it, but if other people are bringing their point across isnt it allowed to them to be heared/read aswell?

Like what kind of discussion culture would it be to just put threads down because you have a different opinion.

Also it appears for like 99% of the threads, they are giving hints or adressing peoples concerns etc, they dont need to have a clear target to go.

Im here BECAUSE I ENJOY THE GAME, and would love to play it for more, thats why im a part of the community and am in the forum.

Because it seems like you're just reusing the thread to get your point across; meanwhile after a year I am pretty sure Zenimax gets it. The reason i said the thread wasn't getting anywhere is because there's barely any constructive feedback after such a long period of time.

Everyones just repeating ''oh this game is dying'' in some sort of way. That's not going to help anyone, in fact I'd bet on it that if new players see this it could scare them off, why play when everyone keeps saying it's a dead game when in fact it is not?

So it doesn't surprise me that it got closed.

My thread is about me getting banned and my thread getting in my opinion unfairly closed. And ofc i linked the thread, since i showed that the closure reason ''derailed with other games'' aka 4 comments of 1.4 k comments wich are comparing eso to other games, seem to be a odd reason to close it.

I question the moderation actions taken against me.
