The Elder Scrolls Online v2.74 (PS4)/ v1.55 (PS5) fixes issues identified post-Update 46 launch. The first incremental patch for Update 46 address issues in Solstice and Base Game content. The Solstice zone has several fixes and adjustments including: Ossein Cage fixes and adjustments, Zone and Quest fixes, itemization and housing fixes.

Base Game also comes with a list of quality of life fixes and working out some issues with items like addon support. Animation fixes, like interacting with a Skyshard now work correctly, along with some UI, text, and questing issues being resolved in this update.

You can find all patch notes for Update 46, Incremental 1 below. We will continue to monitor issues and update in later incremental patches. The size of today's patch is 702.7 MB (PS4).

    • Winter’s Embrace
      • Frozen Gate: This ability and its morphs’ ranges are now respected properly.

    • Your character animates again when interacting with Skyshards.
    • Fixed an issue that caused certain effects to be invisible. You will now see Thieves Troves' glow behaves as it did previously.

    • General
      • Osteon Crypt Slashers now use the correct monster model.
      • Reduced the target timing for Daedric Bombardment to ensure you are not targeted by meteors faster than you can react.
    • Itemization
      • The Shattered Horn of the Overfiend icon has been updated.
    • Jynorah and Skorkhif
      • Superheat will no longer be delayed when Myrinax or Valneer are defeated.
      • Sparking and Blazing Curses will now be applied more consistently in targeting and timing. They will no longer apply to recently resurrected players.
      • Having both Blazing and Sparking Enfeeblement will no longer cause you to heal allies for less when affected by the opposite curse.
      • Enfeebling auras will now always do damage when intended.
      • You no longer have a chance to heal allies affected by the same curse for more than intended.
      • Visual effects will now appear consistently throughout the fight.
      • Added additional details to the achievement description text for the Heating Up achievement.
    • Leaderboards
      • The leaderboard mailer will now properly reward a purple quality transmutation geode.
    • Overfiend Kazpian
      • Kazpian no longer has a chance to turn invisible during the fight.
      • Giant Swords no longer have a chance to appear invisible.
      • Kazpian will now consistently channel on the Dolorous Cista when intended.

    • Bonus loot will now be properly granted while digging in Solstice.
    Soul Reaper Mini-Events
    • Events spawned in Solstice should no longer show inconsistencies.

    • The Mages Guild in Sunport is now properly flagged for your companions to react to for rapport.

    • Prince Azah
      • Fixed an issue where Prince Azah had an inappropriate conversation on him pretty much... always. He just really wanted to let you know what was next for the Stirk Fellowship.
    Quests
    • The Everlasting Fair
      • Logging out in the Misfortune Teller’s attraction will no longer leave you stranded in a bad area and will properly teleport you to a safe location.
      • Logging out while waiting for the goat to say a line will no longer get you stuck on that step indefinitely. The goat will now speak to you properly upon logging back in, as all good goats should.
      • Entering the Misfortune Teller’s tent when not on the proper step no longer get you stuck inside.
    • Ghosthunters
      • Logging out during a “Talk To Gahz” step no longer caused her to vanish and block the quest hand-in. Gahz actually does want to talk to you.
      • Dying in certain locations now brings you back to the correct graveyard.
      • Entering the wrong part of the manor before intended no longer causes problems with advancing the quest.
      • Fixed an issue where a “Talk To” step would advance for groupmates and could cause problems with the quest going forward.
      • You are now able to consistently progress the quest when speaking to Valendir.
      • The door leading to the boss room no longer blocks you if you leave and return prematurely.
    • The Gift of Death
      • Walking in a certain spot no longer prematurely advances the quest.
      • Fixed an issue where two versions of the cathedral bell could show up at the same time.
      • You are now able to use the quick exit out of Corelanya Crypts.
    • Mystery of the Broken Temple
      • Fixed a number of quest assist pin issues.
      • You are no longer stuck with the floating rock ability after completing the quest. Additionally, if you’ve already completed the quest and have the effect stuck on you, it can be removed it by interacting with the rubble pile at the beginning, or by entering and leaving the area.
    • Party Pains
      • Caroril will no longer disappear if you leave Solstice while on this quest.
    • The Regent of Sunport
      • The quest will now properly advance after investigating the palace.
    • The Stirk Fellowship
      • Fixed an issue with Gabrielle’s conversations where you acted like you didn’t know certain characters. Saving you from future embarrassment.
    • The Stubbornness of Nords
      • The quest now properly advances to find the injured warrior.
    • Sunport Seeks Adventurers
      • This quest is no longer available for characters below Level 7.
    • Tides of the Heart
      • Resolved an issue where a door would produce a visual effect twice.
      • The Argonian twins no longer spawn as followers when not intended.
    • The Writhing Wall
      • Fixed an issue with a falling pillar that appeared earlier than expected.
      • Fixed several text issues.

    World Boss
    • Tidewash Strand
      • Tidespite no longer randomly respawn during the encounter.

    • Fixed an issue with the Algae-Laden Sunport Pack where it would only drop Furnishing Plans when you had the Homemaker Champion Star active. Furnishing Plans will now drop whether or not Homemaker is applied.
    Furnishings
    • Crafting stations placed from the Furnishing Vault can now be interacted as intended.

    • Fixed a crash that would sometimes occur while booting up the game in accessibility mode.
    Hero’s Return
    • Updated one of the tasks to require the completion of 2 quests.

    • Shadow of Sancre Tor: Fixed an issue where accepting a queue pop or leaving the Harborage before the portal to Sancre Tor appears would get you in a state where the portal no longer appears upon returning.
    Subclassing
    • A Study in Discipline: Fixed a rare issue in which you could get stuck after completing the expected subclassing tutorialization step.

    Console Add-ons
    • Made it so .txt addon manifests are ignored on console and in ForceConsoleFlow. Only .addon manifests will be looked at.
    • When attempting to load a very large amount of addons, you will no longer crash if you exceed the allowed loading time.
    • Starting the game while having a large number of addons installed should no longer result in your game crashing. Go wild with your addons!
    Gamepad
    • New indicators that appear next to the Crown Store menu now properly clear.
    General
    • Multiple collectible icons that were missing or wouldn't properly display when dragging now appear as intended.
    • Fixed a UI error that could rarely occur when re-opening the Group Menu after closing it on the Golden Pursuits screen.
    • The "can learn/collect" icon will now go away after reading some books.
