Billing Issue for eso plus

I was getting billed for eso on an old account and my regular account. I just caught the double billing recently. Is it possible to get the crown points from the account moved over to my active account or gifting made available at least? It’s 56k crowns😢😬

TylerDurden✭✭✭I opened the ticket to enable gifing on my alternate account and tried to check status today. It says that account has been suspended from the site. I have not received any email correspondence for that user name.0
