Launch Rewards

Since the PC content pass content started today, I expected my launch rewards. I didn't receive them. When will they be distributed?

They should be in your collections menu. Usually when you log in after a patch, you get notifications, but that didn't happen this time.

The notification didn't happen with U45, either.

By the time I remembered that I was supposed to have new collectibles, I had already logged in and out with at least 4 characters, having opened my Collectibles multiple times (so the little exclamation point icons are no longer there), and I forgot to check.
I'll assume I got the launch collectibles, but I'll have to look up what they were to verify if they are indeed there.

I would have remembered to check right away if they hadn't, for some reason, stopped giving us the notifications in our face on launch day.

Edit: Yeah, I got them.

Please make sure to check your collections to make sure you got the items. If not, please place a ticket with customer service and they should be able to assist. You can also post the ticket number here and we can check with customer service as well.
