Can't log in and at help online, when I click "Continue to Submit a Ticket" it doesn't!

So I don't know what's going on there, but the game won't let me in, and now the help desk won't let me submit a ticket. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

Servers are down.

@ZOS_Kraken ESO Account page is down too. I think because Crown Store issue, what cause servers crash?

If we're going to be offline for more than 12 hours (per their announcement) we deserve a little extra time on our subscriptions.
